  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) popcorn kernels.
  • 3 Tablespoons (44 ml) butter, cut in chunks.
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sugar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt.

  Recipe: sweet and salty cinnamon popcorn

  Directions:

  • Pour popcorn kernels in popping chamber of popcorn popper.
  • Replace popping chute. Place measuring cup/butter melter on top of popping chute.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Drizzle butter over popped popcorn. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  • Toss until popcorn is well-coated.
